Flexible Payment
Secure your skin or laser treatment journey with 50% upfront, then spread the balance over 3 or 6 months — weekly or fortnightly, through our payment partner aglow.
How it works
Flexible Treatment Plans are designed for clients ready to commit to a structured skin or laser program — making a comprehensive treatment journey easier to plan for, without changing what you receive.
01
Consultation & approval
Every plan starts with a consultation. Your clinician confirms your package is clinically suitable before anything is booked or charged.
02
Pay 50% upfront
Secure your package with an initial payment of 50% of the total price, paid directly to The Aesthetic Skin Clinic.
03
The rest, over time
The remaining 50% is automatically divided into weekly or fortnightly payments over 3 or 6 months through aglow.
04
Treatments, on schedule
Your treatments are booked according to your recommended clinical schedule, practitioner availability and payment status.
A worked example
For illustration only — your own package total, instalment amount and schedule will always be confirmed in writing before you accept a plan.
Example package
$2,000 total, over 6 months
The final instalment may be adjusted slightly so the total paid equals the agreed package price exactly.
Eligibility
Flexible Treatment Plans are offered on approved packages only, and are confirmed with your clinician at consultation.

Good to know
A summary of the key points. You'll receive the complete written terms, itemised package inclusions and payment schedule before accepting any plan.
Once your plan begins, the included treatments can't be exchanged, substituted, converted to products or clinic credit, or put toward another promotion — even if your preferences change. Your package is priced and structured as a complete treatment journey.
Where a treatment becomes clinically unsuitable (for example, due to a contraindication, pregnancy or a change in your health), TASC will discuss an appropriate outcome with you, which may include postponement, a clinically appropriate alternative, or an adjustment where required by law.
Our standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies to every appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling a booking doesn't cancel or pause your Treatment Plan or its scheduled payments — those continue on the agreed schedule regardless of your appointment dates.
You're responsible for ensuring funds are available for each scheduled payment. If a payment fails, aglow may retry it and we'll follow up directly. Further treatments won't be provided while your account is overdue, though this doesn't cancel your plan — you remain responsible for the agreed payments unless the plan is formally cancelled.
You can request to cancel your Treatment Plan at any time by contacting us in writing — cancelling an appointment, missing a payment or removing a card on file doesn't cancel the plan itself.
Once we receive your written request, we'll review what's been paid against the treatments already delivered, valued at their standard individual price. If you've paid more than that value, we'll refund the difference; if less, the outstanding difference is payable. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Every plan includes a clear completion timeframe, allowing for your recommended treatment intervals and reasonable rescheduling. Expiry dates don't automatically extend if appointments are missed or payments fall behind, though extensions may be approved where reasonable.
Please tell us as soon as possible about anything that could affect your treatment — including pregnancy, breastfeeding, new medication, illness or significant changes in circumstance. Clinical safety always takes priority over the schedule, and we'll work with you on a suitable outcome.
Treatment Plans and their inclusions can't be sold, gifted, shared or transferred to another person, and can't be combined with another offer unless expressly stated. Complimentary treatments or bonuses attached to a plan have no cash value.
This page is a summary for convenience and doesn't replace the full written Flexible Treatment Plan terms, which are provided and explained before any agreement is accepted. Flexible Treatment Plans are subject to clinical approval and are processed through our payment partner, aglow. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Book a consultation and we'll walk you through your options, inclusions and payment schedule — no obligation to commit on the day.
