After your 6 month minimum term, you can cancel by providing 30 days written notice. Once we receive your written notice, we'll confirm your cancellation and your final payment date.

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all members. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee, regardless of membership status.

Membership payments are processed via direct debit through our Aglow platform. You can choose to be charged weekly or fortnightly — whichever works best for you. Payments are set up at the time of joining and run automatically throughout your membership term.

We only release a limited number of memberships each year to ensure we can maintain the quality of care, clinical standards, and booking availability our members expect. Once our membership spots are filled for the year, they are closed — no exceptions. As members naturally come off their plans, new spaces become available. Memberships are in high demand, so if you're interested, we recommend reaching out sooner rather than later to secure your spot.

Your complimentary birthday treatment is your choice from any treatment in clinic, valued up to $400. To redeem it, simply email us to let us know what you'd like to book and that it's your birthday treat — we'll take care of the rest and get it booked in for you. Your regular membership payment continues as normal that month; the birthday treatment is gifted on top of your included monthly treatment as our way of celebrating you.
